  • Managing client and customer relationships is crucial for success in business and service industries today. This workshop will focus on principles from both marketing and personal selling that can help people manage relationships within an organization and with external constituents. Included will be such topics as developing a service attitude and culture, managing communication styles and developing communication-style flexibility, personal selling techniques that build customer relationships, dealing with difficult people who have complaints.
    The St. Catharines - Thorold Chamber of Commerce will be combining with Brock University MDC program on this seminar. Members will get a special price of $187.00 instead of the regular $225. The seminar will still be at the Four Points Sheraton, 9am-4pm on June 4 with lunch included in the price. This is an ALL-DAY seminar (approximately 6 hours).
