(St. Catharines) Monday, March 2, 2009: The St. Catharines - Thorold Prosperity Council will be releasing its Paths to Prosperity Report on Monday, March 2 at 5:30 p.m. at St. Catharines City Hall in the Atrium on the 3rd Floor. St. Catharines Mayor Brian McMullan and Mr. Rob DePetris, Chair of the Prosperity Council will be unveiling the Paths to Prosperity Report for the media. Following the media launch, the report will be presented to the St. Catharines City Council.
